Your primary role is to support the April Cornell Wholesale department. This position partners closely with the operations and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and an ability to work in a dynamic environment. A passion for textiles and fashion is a plus!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist customers by entering orders through phone, email, fax, and 3rd party platforms (Faire, Brandwise, RepZio)
• Answering customers inquiries via phone and email regarding products, shipment status, and invoicing
• Assist with customer onboarding in our platforms including NetSuite and CV3
• Ensure any prepay customers arrange payment before their orders are shipped
• Process returns and/or shipping claims
• Process incoming and outgoing samples for our sales team and tradeshows
• Travel to and assist with tradeshow setup and selling
• Assist in sales initiatives and sales meetings, both in-person and through video conferencing
• Assist in proofing catalogs, website, and other selling platforms
• Perform general administrative duties such as; updating/maintaining catalog mailing lists or reports, filing and faxing.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service: 2 Years (Preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience in NetSuite (ERP, CRM) is a plus
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-starter with a proven work ethic
• Exceptional punctuality
• Ability to take direction
• Experience or knowledge of the textile or fashion industry is a plus
• In-person requirement
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to travel 5% of the time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
